Please read these Terms of Service carefully before booking an appointment or using services at Velvet Rose Salon & Spa. By booking or visiting our salon, you agree to these terms.
Appointments may be booked online, by phone, or in person. Confirmed bookings constitute a binding agreement to attend. We reserve the right to decline service to anyone whose behaviour is unsafe, abusive, or disruptive to our team or other clients.
We understand emergencies happen. Please contact us as soon as possible if your situation changes, and we will do our best to accommodate you.
All prices listed are starting rates. Final charges depend on hair length, density, complexity of service, and products required. An exact quote will always be provided after your consultation and before any service begins. We accept all major credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and cash. All sales are final.
If you are not fully satisfied with your service, please inform us before leaving the salon. We will re-book you with the same specialist within 7 days at no charge to address any concerns. Refunds are not provided, but we are committed to making every service right.
It is your responsibility to inform us of any known allergies, sensitivities, skin conditions, medications, or health concerns that may affect your treatment. We recommend allergy patch tests 48 hours before colour services. Velvet Rose Salon & Spa is not liable for reactions resulting from undisclosed conditions.
Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in a shortened service or rescheduling to avoid disruption to other clients. The full service charge will apply regardless. Please call ahead if you expect to be delayed.
Velvet Rose Salon & Spa is not responsible for loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings while on our premises. Please take care of your valuables.
Gift vouchers are non-refundable, non-transferable, and have no cash value. They may be redeemed for any service or product at our salon. Vouchers do not expire.
We may photograph completed styles for our portfolio and social media. We will always ask for your verbal consent before doing so. If you prefer not to be photographed, simply let your stylist know — no explanation needed.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. The most current version will always be available on this page. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
